The sound of Grandmother North’s life 2 (5-10 years)
When I was a kid, the Norwegian Casting channel ( NRK) would show opera and ballet performances, and I absolutely loved to « dance ballet» on the floor in front of the TV, or at music on the radio.
This song, also made an impression on me. I had probably heard it for some years at this age, but I remember it made an impression on me when I was a five- year- old.
Did this remind you of something? I think that some of Vømmøls songs, reminds me of this:
And then we had some Bach. My mother went to a school to take classes in music, and this and Jethro Tulls version, was often heard at rehearsels.
But then we suddenly got our own superstars « The kids» According to their sound engineer, - who knows my « better half» there where almost like Beatlemania at and after their concerts.
This song "Forelska i lærern" is about a fifteen year old boy, who is in love with a girl, who is in love with their 20 yeat old teacher. The singer in this band, later became one of the fonders of the Norwegian band TNT and their first singer, before Tony Harnell.
