Waiting for the apocalypse....

At the time, the biannual arctic war game « Cold response» is going on. This time the soldiers got one more factor that makes their war games  more real-life, - the now widely-mentioned Corona virus. I actually have a whole camp with lots of millitary vehicles and something like 350-400 french soldiers , a few hundred metres from our house.

Apart from getting used to deal with things like snowmobiles, testing out their amphibious vessels and getting used to snowing, they also appear to have some lovely  baths. 😂

In this times of viruses, falling stock markets, soldiers running around the neighborhood, I think it was appropriate to play some «mood music» from the amazing Sepultura.

I chose this one, from an album I bought the same day it was released in Norway. - I had been waiting in exitement, since I read about it in « Metal Hammer» ( It was back in the old days, when we used to read on things made of paper... 😉)

Ps: As I wrote this, the evening news came with news that this exercise might be interrupted, due to the virus, and that the Finns had begun to return home.

Right now I am lucky to tell you, that there is not a single case of the Corona virus, in our little municipality.
