It’s time to confess..

.... I have found myself a guilty pleasure:

 I simply love the Smule kareoke/singing app. ( This is not a commercial) 

When covid-19 made us stay home for the most of the time, I downloaded this app, and after that I have been a dedicated user, whenever my better half leave the house, for five minutes or longer. Without noticing it, I have really missed to sing songs for my own sake, that are not childrens song which I sing a lot at work.  I have always been found of singing, my mother tells me that I even sang in church at my own christening as a baby, and that I sang every day when I got home from school ( Wonder why..? It must have been some sort of self-medication, because I did not thrive very well at school, most of the time.)

My poor kids just have to endure being in the house with me, when I sing. As for my neighbours, or people who pass by,  I have the decency to close the windows, so that they do not think there is anything wrong, when I sing something of Janis Joplin, Iron Maiden, Dio, Rainbow or something else that needs a bit power. ( It is good that the man is out of the house, so that they dont think he mistreats me, if they hear something 😂) 

I love it! I love to sing with people from all over the world, with their different accents and ways of singing. -There are dedicated singers who is kind of out of tune, highly professionals, the one that almost whispers, because they don’t want to disturb their neighbours or sleeping family, the dramatic ones, the ones that have their very own special way of singing, people who read the lyrics, the ones that sings with so much feeling that they almost make you cry and I love them all!
